Perspective

From my Drawing from Imagination Class this semester... enjoy

This one is based on the "Mirror Mirror on the wall" scene from Sleeping Beauty... I chose to give it a western theme.

I don't have a scan of the final yet, that will come later...

Paint...

Gouache painting I did of my brother for my color theory class... I was going to include all the prelim stuff (thumbnails, value study, color roughs) to show the entire process, but I didn't scan the rest of it yet. Maybe I'll update this sometime in the future. Enjoy

Music Video

Check out this music video I designed and animated for an artist up here in the Bay, Blake Schaefer. I'd suggest watching it on youtube because blogspot cuts of the right side of the video for some reason...

then check out his website http://www.blakeschaefer.com/ You can download this and a couple other songs from the same album off the site

2: Yew Moon

Little Knight

So the original purpose of this blog was to show the progress of my Littlest Knight animation. Then my computer crashed and it got put on hold... Fast forward to two years later and here we are again.

I did this animation for the First Annual Capstone Senior Animation Showcase at Cal State LA. the entire thing was stroyboarded and animated in about a week and a half. I'm going to continue working on this (more color, painted backgrounds, expanded story and animation, etc.) to get it more like the original concept, but as it is I like it.

This version doesn't have sound. Jim Ovelmen (a professor of mine) did the sound for it when it played at the show, and I don't have that version.
